Casa Anna is an antique stone residence, traditional for that area, surrounded by pine ytrees, in the greenside of Umbria Campaign. Only 3 km from medieval caste of Panicale, very close to Perugia.

Being close to Trasimeno lake, to the tuscany hills of Siena’s and Arezzo’s  province, Casa Anna is an ideal location to travel to the most beautiful villages of Central Italy: Città della Pieve (17 km), Cetona (24 km), Chianciano terme (32 km), Cortona ( 33 km),  Montepulciano (39 km), Pienza (51 km), Assisi (52 km), Montalcino (68 km), Gubbio (75 km) and the most famous cities of Perugia (33 km), Arezzo (60 km) e Siena (90 km).

Casa Anna‘s property is of about 3000sqm. Including a swimming pool of 12 mt. x 6 and two stables, now without animals,  where old cribs and antique agricultural tools are kept; it is surrounded by cultivated field and an oaks trees wood.

The house is located at the first floor of the residence, on 200 sqm divided in 4 bedrooms for a total 10 beds, 2 bathrooms, kitchen and large living room with a “sit inn” fireplace.

Kitchen facilities are 6 fire stove, oven, refrigerator, freezing compartment, wash-dishes. Outside there also is a firewood oven.

Rental costs may vary from 1000 to 1250 euros/week depending on the season and on the number of booked weeks.
